Return Policy

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Eastern Fig Boutique. However, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached (no make-up stains). Customers may return for store credit. We do not offer returns on items that are 30% off or more, accessories, Claim Game, BOGO Free Sales, OR any Mystery Boxes.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@easternfigboutique.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use for the return that will be deducted from your store credit (flat fee of $6.50). Once we receive the item(s) and see that they are in the original condition with the tags attached, we will process the store credit or exchange within 7 business days. Failure to drop off the return at the nearest post office within 5 business days will result in a 50% reduction of the store credit amount. If the items are NOT in their original condition we will NOT be able to process a store credit and the item will be returned to you.
