Pre-Order Policy:

Please read the following information carefully before placing a pre-order.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-order items are items that are not currently in stock but are being ordered from our vendor specifically for you. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

Estimated Shipping Time
Each pre-order will have an estimated shipping timeframe listed in the product description. Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and may change due to vendor delays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Orders With In-Stock Items
If you purchase a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives unless otherwise communicated and additional shipping labels have been purchased.

Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with our vendor. If a vendor is unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will be notified and issued a refund or store credit.

Changes & Delays
We do our best to provide accurate arrival estimates, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Vendor delays can happen, and we appreciate your patience while we wait for your items to arrive.
