Shipping Information

At The Eastern Fig Boutique, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience and customer service. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the US. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. We are not responsible for ANY delays or lost packages with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do ALWAYS have $100 shipping insurance on any package mailed and you are able to file a claim with the carrier by googling UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Eastern Fig Boutique. However, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers may return for store credit. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are 30% off or more, accessories OR Mystery Boxes.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our us at info@easternfigboutique.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use for the return or exchange that will be deducted from your store credit. Once we receive the item(s) and see that they are in the original condition, we will process the Store Credit or exchange within 7-10 business days.
