At The Eastern Fig Boutique, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience and customer service. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the US. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Eastern Fig Boutique. However, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers may return for store credit. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are 30% off or more.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our us at info@easternfigboutique.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use for the return or exchange. Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
